1. Information Collection
We collect the minimum information required to deliver high-performance CRM services:
- **Account Details:** Workspace name, corporate slugs, login passcodes, and agent names.
- **WhatsApp Connection Credentials:** Phone numbers, Meta WABA IDs, and Meta Access Tokens. These are encrypted at rest in our secure database.
- **CRM Contacts:** Customer lists uploaded via CSV (names, phone numbers, custom attributes).
- **Chat Logs:** Records of WhatsApp messages processed through our gateway to render the Shared Inbox.
2. Use of Information
We use your data solely to:
- Route inbound and outbound WhatsApp messages through our platform.
- Populate agent dashboards, search filters, and campaign logs.
- Authenticate your API sessions and verify message credit balance transactions.
- Provide customer support, billing operations, and prevent system abuse.
3. Data Sharing & Third-Party Services
**We never sell, distribute, or share your customer contact lists, database records, or message content with any third party.**
Information is shared only under the following strictly defined scopes:
- **Meta APIs:** Outbound messages and template builders are transmitted directly to Meta platforms to route messages.
- **Paddle Billing:** Payment details and billing identifiers are securely processed by Paddle for verification.
4. Data Retention & Deletion
You retain full ownership of your data. You can request the permanent deletion of your workspace, including contact databases, Meta configurations, and chat transcripts, at any time. Upon deletion request, all data is permanently purged from our active databases within fourteen (14) business days.
5. Security Infrastructure
We employ state-of-the-art security measures to prevent unauthorized data access, modification, or leakage. Meta access tokens are encrypted using industry-standard protocols, all server traffic operates via HTTPS/TLS, and database entries are isolated on a per-tenant basis.
